The National Cancer Institute

In a multi-phase development for the headquarters to the National Cancer Institute in Rockville, JBA provided site engineering for the design and approval of over 500,000 square feet of office with amenity retail space, a 75,000 square foot laboratory building and a 1,200-space garage on the campus of Johns Hopkins University.  Included design of the retrofit of existing stormwater management pond and extension of public and private streets to serve the development.
